I own rental property. I do all the repairs myself. Can I deduct my work? (If I didn't do it, I'd have to hire someone who would.)

No. Not having to pay another person to do repairs on your property saves you money. However, you can't deduct the value of your repairs at the going rate or in any other amount. You are rewarded by the increased profits your labor will generate.
