In 2007, I moved from New Hampshire to Delaware because of a new job but forgot to deduct moving costs on my 2007 return. Is it too late to claim these moving expenses now?

No, you can still file an amended return for 2007 and claim your deductible moving expenses (assuming you've met the time test of working at your job in the new location for 39 weeks). If you filed your 2007 income tax return on or before April 17, 2008 (the due date for that year), you have 3 years from the due date to submit Form 1040X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, and add your moving expenses as an above-the-line deduction. If you filed after this date (e.g., you had a filing extension), then you have 3 years from the date you actually filed the return to submit an amended return.
