How do I order by phone, fax, or mail?
You can order jklasser.com products directly from the address and phone numbers shown below. We accept payment by check, money order, or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank. If you already have a Wiley account and wish to place a telephone order, please have your Wiley account number readily available when you call.

How do I order online?
You can order any of the products you see on jklasser.com directly from this site. Shopping online is easy and secure with jklasser.com: See our Safe-shopping guarantee and Privacy Policy for details.
To use the online Shopping Cart, follow these steps:
- When you locate an item you want to buy, click the Add to Cart link. The item appears in a list in your Shopping Cart.
- Check the quantity, and click the Update button if you change the number of items you're ordering.
- If you have any promotional discount codes, type the code in the box and click the Apply Discount button.
- If you want to add more items to your Shopping Cart before checking out, click the Continue Shopping link.
- When you're ready to place your order, if you aren't already on the Shopping Cart page, click the Shopping Cart link at the top of any page on this site, and then click the Checkout Now button. If you are a returning customer with a Wiley account, you can click the Faster Checkout for Returning Customers button. You are prompted to log in with your password, and your account information appears automatically. Note that you always have the opportunity to edit your account and order information, including the shipping address, before submitting the order.
- Complete or review the billing information, and then click the Continue Secure Checkout button. The Set Up Tracking page appears. You then have the option of setting up an online account or simply filling in a one-time order form.
- If you choose to create an account, type a password, type it again in the second box, and click the Create an Account and Continue button. If you do not want to create a Wiley account, click the continue without creating an account link. You are now given an opportunity to review your entire order. You can
- Edit the billing address
- Edit the shipping address
- Select a shipping method
- Change items in your Shopping Cart
- You see the total charges for your order before you enter any payment information.
- Review the totals for accuracy, and then fill in your credit card information (card type, account number, and expiration date). jklasser.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
- Click the Submit Order button.
What is our "safe-shopping guarantee"?
When you use your credit card to shop at jklasser.com, rest assured that the transaction is secure. This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.
You choose a password to further protect your order information and purchase history. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity, and then e-mail you a new password.
What about special offers and promotional codes?
If you have a code to apply towards your online purchase, type the code in the Promotion/Discount Information field in your shopping cart. You also may use a code when placing a mail, fax, or phone order.
Can I get information for customers outside the United States?
There are two ways to order jklasser.com products for international destinations:
jklasser.com orders can be shipped to the United States, all U.S. Protectorates, the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, South America, and Canada. When you order directly from the jklasser.com Web site, U.S. taxes and shipping charges are applied.
If you live outside any of those regions or would like to have jklasser.com products shipped from a center closer to your region to pay that locality's taxes, customs, and shipping charges, you can contact one of the following Wiley international locations:
