How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe to jklasser.com by clicking the Subscribe Now link on any page of the site, and on the subscription page, choose the subscription option you prefer (a monthly or yearly subscription). Your subscription will be added to your cart; follow the instructions for completing your purchase.

How do I renew my subscription?
Log into your jklasser.com account and click the Your Account link. There, you'll see a page where you can manage your account. Click Orders & Subscriptions, and then click the Renew Now button, which places your renewal subscription in your shopping cart. Then just follow the instructions for purchasing your renewal subscription.
Please note: Monthly subscribers are billed perpetually and automatically unless the subscriber switches to an annual subscription or discontinues their monthly subscription.
What do I receive for my subscription?
You receive access to thousands of online articles written by the tax experts at the J.K. Lasser Institute, as well as a subscription to the J.K. Lasser Alert, our bi-monthly newsletter, which will keep you up to date on the latest tax news from jklasser.com, plus special offers only for jklasser.com subscribers. You will also receive access to J.K. Lasser Special Reports that offer in-depth analysis of new tax laws and other useful tax information.
What if I don't want to subscribe just yet?
If you'd rather take a peek to see what you get with your subscription, you can sign up for our seven-day FREE Trial, which will give you unlimited access to all of the subscriber benefits. On the Subscribe Now page, just enter your e-mail address, click Go, and follow the directions to set up your free trial account.
Please note: A trial membership will automatically roll over into a yearly subscription and your credit card will automatically be billed at the yearly rate of $29.95 unless you cancel before your trial membership is over. If you cancel your membership after the trial ends, you will be billed the prorated amount of your membership.
How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe, log in to your account and click the Your Account link at the top of any page on the site. Then, click Orders & Subscriptions, where you can click the Cancel link to unsubscribe.

When will I start receiving my subscription benefits?
You can access all the subscriber benefits immediately after you subscribe and set up your account. The subscriber version of our newsletter, J.K. Lasser Alert, is sent out bi-monthly, and you will start receiving the newsletter with the next issue.
What if my e-mail is appearing in a weird format that I can't read?
You are probably receiving HTML-formatted messages, and your e-mail software probably can read only plain-text formatted e-mails. the J.K. Lasser Alert newsletter (both free and subscriber versions) is sent out only as an HTML-formatted message. In order to view them properly, you will need e-mail software that can read HTML-formatted message.
What if I'm not getting my J.K. Lasser Alert?
E-mail bounce-backs may happen for one reason or another, such as your e-mail box being full (perhaps without you even knowing it) or your Internet service provider experiencing technical difficulties. You may also have a spam filter enabled in your e-mail client or by your ISP. Try adding "jklasser@wiley.com" to your address book; your e-mail client or ISP shouldn't consider any e-mail from us to be spam.

What if I've forgotten my password or user name?
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Need help with Log In?" link at the top of any page on the site. Then type in your user name and click Submit. A new password will be e-mailed to you. Can I use this account to purchase J.K. Lasser products?
Yes, you can use your jklasser.com account to purchase other products from this Web site. You can also use it to purchase products from other Web sites within the John Wiley & Sons family of Web sites, such as wiley.com
How do I track my product orders?
To track the progress of your online product orders, just log in to the site and click the Your Account link. Then, click Orders & Subscription, where you can see the progress of your recent orders.
