I just realized I forgot to attach Schedule B to my 2015 Form 1040 that I filed in April. What should I do now?

You don’t have to file an amended return or contact the IRS. The IRS will contact you by mail and ask that you send the schedule. The IRS letter will have instructions on where to mail it.

A portion of earnings withheld by an employer or put into a retirement plan for distribution to the employee at a later date. If certain legal requirements are met, the deferred amount is not taxable until actually paid, for example, after retirement.
