What if my e-mail is appearing in a weird format that I can’t read?

You are probably receiving HTML-formatted messages, and your e-mail software probably can read only plain-text formatted e-mails. The J.K. Lasser Alert newsletter is sent out only as an HTML-formatted message. In order to view them properly, you need e-mail software that can read HTML-formatted message.

What if I’m not getting my J.K. Lasser Alert?

E-mail bounce-backs may happen for one reason or another, such as your e-mail box being full (perhaps without you even knowing it) or your Internet service provider experiencing technical difficulties. You may also have a spam filter enabled in your e-mail client or by your ISP. Try adding “jklasser@wiley.com” to your address book; your e-mail client or ISP shouldn’t consider any e-mail from us to be spam.

When will my order arrive?

DOMESTIC/CANADIAN DELIVERY: Orders shipped via Surface will normally arrive within 3-10 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 2-Day will normally arrive within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 1-Day (domestic only) will normally arrive within 1-2 business days (no Saturday delivery) from receipt of order. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via 2-Day. Puerto Rico and all U.S. Protectorate orders will be shipped via 2-Day using either UPS or Priority Mail; expect 1-2 days extra transit time to all U.S. Protectorates. Canadian 2-Day orders will be shipped via UPS International Express Canada.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Orders shipped via Air will normally arrive within 10-15 days from receipt of order. Orders shipped Courier will arrive 2-5 days from receipt of order.

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from jklasser.com, return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. Wiley will reimburse the cost of shipping for returns of any item sent in error.
